In-Person Counselling in Milborne St Andrew, Dorset & Online Nationwide

Life pressures, relationships, or past experiences can show up in our bodies and minds in many different ways. You might be struggling to quiet a racing mind, feeling completely drained by daily demands, or processing a profound, disorienting loss.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space to help you work through emotional states. These struggles are your nervous system’s attempt to keep you safe, although it may feel far from that in reality. Together, we can help it find more calm and clarity by learning to listen to it.

Below are a few common experiences I work with. Our emotions, though, rarely fit into neat boxes, so you may find you experience a unique blend of these feelings, or others not listed here.

We work together, with whatever naturally surfaces in our sessions or feels relevant to you to explore.
