As a health coach, I support people through short- and long-term illnesses, including chronic or ongoing health conditions that affect relationships, work, and overall quality of life. We explore the practical, physical, and emotional impact of these challenges, working at a pace that feels manageable for your nervous system.
Together, we create strategies to manage your condition while still living as fulfilling a life as possible, whether that’s maintaining energy for hobbies, improving routines, or navigating day-to-day stress.
This approach focuses on a combination of counselling and coaching, focusing on clarity, goal-setting, and moving forward, helping you feel supported in practical ways while gently addressing emotional responses such as anxiety, depression, trauma and grief associated with health challenges. Working on developing tools to help you bounce back from setbacks, stay focused, and make decisions that align with your lifestyle and plans.

Health coaching is for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, whether it’s small shifts or big life transitions. We can focus on:

 

Wellbeing & Self-Care: Stress and self-management, self-esteem, building confidence, and cultivating a healthy lifestyle.

Health & Support: Long-term health condition management, navigating day-to-day stressors, and specific support tailored for carers.

Life Transitions: Transitioning through major life stage changes, parenting dynamics, and personal development.

Relationships & Connection: Improving personal communication, navigating dating, building new relationships, or resolving ongoing relationship patterns.

Professional Growth: Career development, staying focused, and setting boundaries.

  • Session Length: Coaching sessions can be booked in 60, 90-minute or 2-hour durations. 
  • Pricing/Investment: Sessions can be booked individually or as blocks/packages.

As a trauma-informed therapist, my life and health coaching framework strictly adheres to the same professional ethical boundaries.

All my work in regular supervision to ensure my practice is safe, grounded, and meets the highest standard of client care.
