- Session Length: Coaching sessions can be booked in 60, 90-minute or 2-hour durations.

As a trauma-informed therapist, my life and health coaching framework strictly adheres to the same professional ethical boundaries.
All my work in regular supervision to ensure my practice is safe, grounded, and meets the highest standard of client care.
