How many coaching or therapy sessions will I need?
Everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients find clarity in 4 to 6 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing, long-term support. We will work together to find a pace that fits your personal goals.
Is our work together confidential?
Yes, our sessions are strictly confidential. The only exceptions are legal obligations or safeguarding concerns if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others. I’ve included a full explanation in the information pack I will send to you, but we can discuss these limits in detail during our first session.
How do I book a session or consultation?
Getting started is simple. You can fill out the contact form below with your details and preferences, or drop me a direct message. I will get back to you within 24–48 hours to arrange our initial discussion.
